I’m Cosmina (LaBella) Schulman — executive coach, builder of high-performing sales organizations, and for more than a decade, a leader in the sports media and sponsorship space. I’ve sold advertising and partnerships across every MLB, NBA, and NHL regional sports network in the country.  I’ve led revenue strategy for national and local markets, built multimillion-dollar partnerships, and helped transform traditional sales teams into data-driven growth engines.

My work scaling sales divisions, diversifying revenue streams, and launching new digital products sparked the foundation for Crush Monday, a framework rooted in strategy, discipline, and mindset work that drives results. I’ve spent years mentoring women in sports and media, helping them navigate corporate spaces, articulate their value, and rise faster with structure behind their goals.

Today, I serve as a Principal at Amazon Ads, partnering with key brands across Amazon DSP, owned properties, and sports strategy, operating at the intersection of technology, media, and innovation.

Through 1:1 coaching, small cohort programs, and my Crush Monday guided journals, I help women break cycles of burnout and uncertainty, replacing them with focus, confidence, and an actionable weekly plan.
