Meet
Cosmina Schulman

Cosmina (LaBella) Schulman grew up in Utica, NY and graduated from Manhattanville College in Westchester with a B.A. in Communications. She has been working in Sports Media and Sponsorship for over ten years and in three different major US cities; NY, Chicago and Boston. She has sold every MLB, NBA, NHL Regional Sports Network in the US and a majority of the major colligate networks.

Cosmina started her career at Home Team Sports (HTS), now Playfly, in New York. She was able to drive revenue through multiplatform sports partnerships in the sports marketing space. Soon after she was transferred to Chicago to work on several marquee accounts. Cosmina was able to grow these accounts and orchestrate the largest multiyear deal for HTS prior to heading to New England Sports Network (NESN). At NESN Cosmina held the Local Sales Manager and National Sales Manager roles. She touched every account both locally and nationally and was able to help bring the sales team to new heights. Cosmina currently is at NESN as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships. She is enthusiastic to help navigate the everchanging media landscape. She is part of the executive management team and plays an active role in determining strategy and vision for NESN. Cosmina is also the VP of Women in Sports and Events Boston chapter and the Executive Chair of NESN’s ERG group, Women of NESN (WON). Recently, Cosmina had the privilege of helping launch the WON branding externally on NESN.  She has a passion for mentoring women in sports and media and is committed to helping women navigate the sports world.
